Jeff Schaeffler is VP of Marketing at Creator.co, where he oversees marketing, brand, product and pricing strategy, demand generation, community, and sales. He is a frequent industry speaker who champions community-driven marketing and measurable ROI from creator partnerships.
Jeff began his career agency-side, building and leading Columbus Group — one of Canada's top digital agencies — before becoming Director of Strategy at Cossette, working with brands including GAP, McDonald's, and EA. In that role, he pioneered GAP's early fashion-blogger campaigns in 2010, one of the first systematic uses of creator marketing in Canadian retail, and helped launch McDonald's first mobile app in North America.
Jeff subsequently led growth and go-to-market roles at Hootsuite, Alida, and TELUS, giving him deep expertise across SaaS growth, enterprise marketing, and platform-scale creator programs.
